Ninja Course

The Challenge:

Designing a dynamic Ninja Course that accommodates both beginner children and experienced adult participants, while maintaining a smooth flow of visitors to avoid bottlenecks and ensuring strict compliance with ASTM F3086-16 safety standards for obstacle courses.

The biggest pain point was the "Dynamic Difficulty Bottleneck": The initial design had a single, fixed-difficulty obstacle cluster (a 4m-high "Floating Balance Beam with Swinging Pendulums") that caused congestion. Novice kids struggled to complete it, creating long waits, while advanced adults found it too easy and quickly lost interest. This imbalance reduced visitor throughput and overall satisfaction.

Our Solution:

1. Modular Difficulty ZonesWe re-engineered the obstacle cluster into three parallel lanes with adjustable difficulty:

2. Smart Flow ManagementWe integrated a color-coded queuing system and installed overhead LED guides to direct visitors to the lane matching their skill level. This eliminated bottlenecks and reduced wait times by 40%.

3. Enhanced Safety EngineeringEvery obstacle was upgraded with shock-absorbent padding at all impact points, and we installed a continuous safety harness system that locks into a overhead track. This ensures participants are always secured, even if they lose their balance. All materials passed ASTM F3086-16 impact and load tests, with full material test reports provided for compliance.

4. Engagement & Retention FeaturesWe added a digital scoreboard that tracks completion times for each lane, turning the course into a friendly competition. This encouraged repeat attempts and extended average visitor stay time by 25%.

Outcome

The redesigned Ninja Course now caters to all skill levels, maintains a steady flow of visitors, and upholds the highest safety standards. It has become one of the most popular attractions at Air Madness, driving increased repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.

Main Trampoline Arena

As the core attraction of Air Madness, the Main Trampoline Arena features free-jump areas, slam-dunk zones and dedicated bouncing lanes, welcoming visitors of all ages. Designed to deliver dynamic and fun bouncing experiences, it strictly complies with ASTM F2970-15 safety standards, and is built with durable, low-maintenance materials to balance high traffic operation with consistent play quality for casual jumpers and enthusiasts alike.

The Challenge

1. High foot traffic leading to collision risks between young kids and adult jumpers of different skill levels

2. Standard trampoline surfaces losing elasticity quickly under frequent use, compromising play experience

3. Frequent wear of components increasing maintenance downtime and operational costs

Our Solution

1. Divided the arena into age/skill-specific zones with soft safety barriers to separate casual, parent-child and advanced jumping areas, eliminating collision risks

2. Adopted high-rebound, tear-resistant trampoline fabrics and heavy-duty springs that meet ASTM standards for lasting elasticity and wear resistance

3. Used corrosion-proof steel frames and modular components for quick replacement, reducing maintenance time and long-term operational costs

4. Added full-area shock-absorbent foam padding and clear floor markers to guide visitor flow and enhance overall safety

Conclusion

Leban’s 4500 Sq. Ft. (≈420 m²) Family Entertainment Center in Turkmenistan—featuring a Ninja Course and Main Trampoline Arena—delivers full turnkey success, blending safety, fun, and operational efficiency.

By solving key pain points (Ninja Course bottlenecks, trampoline collision risks, high maintenance costs) with targeted fixes—modular difficulty lanes, age-specific zones, ASTM-compliant durable materials—we ensured the facility meets global safety standards while fitting local family needs. The vibrant ninja theme and multi-age play options drove repeat visits, making it a beloved local spot.

For operators, the design balances high traffic capacity and low upkeep: durable materials and modular parts cut maintenance costs, while efficient layout boosts per-area revenue—delivering strong ROI.
